Are you hosting an event, but lack supplies?
The Director of Facilities has made the following list of supplies available to assist you in your event planning.
Please contact the RHF office to check out an item.
A Facilities Request Form must be filled out before any items are checked out.
This form can be partially completed before going to the office, however it will be completed and initialed by an officer at the RHF Office.
Reminders / Helpful Hints
If your Hall Council is putting on a program in which food will be served, please follow the procedure to submit a Temporary Food Permit.
Don’t forget to fill out BotH forms as your Hall Council holds meetings and programs!
